We provide calculations, details and specifications for each project. The drawings and calculation are stamped by a licensed SE or PE as applies.
  • We invite challenging projects: large inter-story drifts, severe wind exposure, thermal, fire design, vibration, blast forces, corrosion or advance weathering, give us your project specifications and we will see what we can do. For Architectural of Structural precast cladding we breakup panels and provide building load path.


Drafting and Detailing Service:

  • All Drawings are prepared under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Engineer.
  • Detail all aesthetic, functional and structural requirements plus suggest manufacturing procedures. We will typically suggest modifications to the precast / GFRC, thinshell or stone on frame panel breakup or connections in order to improve on the economics, structural soundness or performance of the product.


General Contractor Services:

  • Slab deck formwork, shoring and retaining wall form designs.
  • All aspects of TILT-UP concrete work.
  • Fully enclosed building frame and foundation design for full scale mockup testing.
  • Peer review and site inspections.
